We recently had the pleasure of attending a Health & Wellness Education Event at First Colonial Inn. The event, organized by Life’s At Home Care, focused on empowering seniors and caregivers with valuable information and resources to support healthier lifestyles.
Our table featured a variety of printed educational materials about in-home care services, wellness tips, and community resources. Visitors were invited to take home brochures, care guides, and contact information for continued support. To make the event more engaging, we offered a beautifully curated Self Care Basket as a raffle prize. The basket included soothing self-care items such as candles, a plush teddy bear, essential oils, herbal teas, and more — all wrapped with a vibrant teal ribbon.
